The lodging offers a rural experience with good service, friendly staff, and beautiful gardens. the bungalows are clean and rustic, located near the river with private beaches, and a bar and restaurant for meals. the family that manages the property provides great tour service to Lencois Maranhenses National Park and home-cooked breakfast meals.

There are some operational issues in the lodging that include less robust Wifi connection, communication barriers, and issues with mosquitoes.

The pasta and cheese served were delicious and the Wi-Fi connection was good. The hotel's location was also perfect for my business trip, as it was only a short drive away from my office and the city center.

The room was infested with mosquitoes, and the staff didn't provide adequate mosquito nets to protect me at night. the outdoor seating at the restaurant proved to be uncomfortable, as it was constantly being buzzed by flying insects.

This place is a hidden gem! the lush garden filled with local trees and plants provides the perfect atmosphere for a secluded and peaceful getaway. the Italian-style homemade dishes at the restaurant are delicious, and the attentive staff offer transport arrangements that were very helpful. Plus, the key location provides great access to stunning natural sights nearby.

The rooms lacked air conditioning, and the mosquito nets had some holes. Communication with staff was difficult at times due to language barriers.

I loved the location near the river. Hotel facilities were clean and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh food. The staff was courteous and always helpful.
